During our Christmas trip, we were pleasantly surprised with the complementary festive treats and drinks in our room. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was walking distance to major tourist sites such as museums and shopping centers. the hotel provided convenient transportation options. the staff was friendly and welcoming, providing a warm environment for guests.

The check-in process was inconvenient as we were unaware of the need to call ahead and experienced difficulty reaching the owner. the beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom and shower were shared, which was not clear when we booked.

Central location, amazing manager, friendly and helpful staff, complimentary mini bar, easy communication via WhatsApp, knowledgeable about the area.
